Here at Empowered Transitions, I believe everyone should have access to quality therapy. To accommodate needs in the community, I offer groups at lower rates so that you can still get the help you need but at an affordable price.
Payment Methods
I accept payment by credit/debit cards or HSA/FSA cards at the beginning of each session.
Late Fees
Full payment of services is expected at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. No missed payments will be permitted.
Fee Reduction
Group Therapy/Support Groups serve clients who need a reduced fee. I do not offer individual therapy at a reduced rate but I will provide quality referrals if I can not accommodate you and your current financial situation.
Cancellations
My cancellation fee will occur if notice has not been given within but prior to 72 hours before your appointment, except in cases of emergencies. My full fee will stand except in extreme life emergencies.
Insurance
Empowered Transitions Counseling and Consulting is not in-network with all insurance providers. Superbills can be provided upon request to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

For accountability purposes, consultations are now $20.
Consultation fees are waived if you call my office directly for a consultation and are prepared to have a 10 minute consultation at that time, instead of booking a consultation appointment.

Therapy Service Fees
Consultation fees are waived if you call my office directly for a consultation, instead of booking a consultation appointment.
Because I run a solo practice, I use Headway and Grow Therapy to file insurance claims. I am only paneled with certain ones so make sure to check in with me to be clear if I accept that insurance. For coparenting services, I do NOT accept insurance due to the way claims have to be filed, so those services and support groups are always out of pocket.

I do offer lower cost options. All groups are available for less than the full rate. Groups are $95.
I offer mini-sessions that are available to established patients. These sessions are $75.
