These groups are built for high-functioning adults who are emotionally aware but stuck in cycles they can’t break alone.

Group Details & Expectations

  • Length: 50-60 minute virtual sessions

  • Cost: $95 per session

  • Schedule: Most groups meet weekly (check each group page for times)

  • Capacity: 8 Minimum | 12 Maximum Participants per group

  • Platform: HIPAA-compliant video therapy

  • Facilitator: Latisha Ellis, LPC – licensed therapist, group facilitator, and emotional wellness educator

We screen all group participants before enrollment to ensure emotional safety and fit. You’ll never be dropped into a room full of strangers with no direction—we honor the power of intentional space.
