We will meet together weekly or biweekly, based on needs and assessment, for 45 minute sessions. Therapy is an in-depth process and treatment varies for each client experience is different.

Each session is conducted online and you are given a private link. Online session are conducted on a HIPAA-COMPLIANT Video Conferencing platform to protect your identity and is confidential.
